555 Aphorisms of the "ABSOLUTE " (SUPERIMPOSITION)"

Introduction
In the age of immediatly preceding Buddha and during his lifetime there was a great religious and philosophical upheaval in INDA. The systems of thoughts developed side by side at different intellectual centres. The systemetic treatises written in short aphorisms called SUTRAS.

SUPERIMPOSITION
The whole philosophy may be assumed up as :
THE ABSOLUTE 'BRAHMA is the reality, and everything else--this world of manifoldness--is unreal,is a mere appearance; the individual soul is identical eith Absolute that is Brahama, the only without second,wh9ch the scriptures define as Existence, knowledge, Bliss. Absolute."is Knowledge, Bliss"
this identity of individual soul and Brahma is clearly stated by the scriptures

The question then naturally arises:  If Truth is one, whence arises this many which we experience through the senses? Truth cnnot contradict experience. So He explain that this pluarity is an illusion. It has no reality, for it disappears when knowledge of the true nature of Absolute Brhama is realized. it is just like seeing a snake in a rope in the dark. This wrong perception is brought about by ignorance, which is beginningless.it is this ignorance which is the cause of all this duality, Absolute Brhama being mistaken for the world. On account of this ignorance the individual soul identify itself with its body, senses etc, which are only superimposed on it.This identification makes the soul think that it is the door, enjoyer, etc.---though the truth is that it is none of these--and thereby it comes under the sway of birth, happiness, misery, etc.,in short, , becomes bounded down to this world.
