JUST RELAX…!!!!!!!


JUST RELAX…!!!!!!!

 Meditation is not the proper word for what we are going to do for relaxation..!,  it cannot helpful to be in, the term known as “Samadhi” in ancient Indian techniques of relaxation in to our ‘own being’, Meditation means you are doing something to relax. And to do something means it is just like fighting with some obstacles. In this modern age the modern person is very busy, hence the techniques are also must be speedy & helpful for relaxation.
   The main thing is, why modern person become so addicted with drugs, drinks and like such things. That his life is so speedy with so many obstacles it is his need of such thing which can relax him in short period although it is dangerous for his future, he have no time to think over it……… ,     Here are some techniques…!!!!!!!
1.       You know, while driving a car you have change the gear to increase or decrease the speed, while changing the speed the each gear must pass through the neutral,  You are thinking something, and suddenly you change or shifted to another thought, BE AWARE of that change there is a small GAP fraction of moment…be careful about that.. that is the point of relaxation.. that GAP is what we meant by state of meditation.
2.        Technique of breathing, You cannot live without breathing, Breath come in stay for fraction of moment and automatically go out, again there is a steadiness, again breath in…again steadiness, there is a GAP while breath come in & go out .. be Aware of that GAP That is the point of relaxation.
3.       You are setting alone; thoughts are going on & on… why? Because you allow… that is the nature of mind, but you are not mind, there is something exist which is not mind, come to that centre and start to hear the sounds happenings around you. Initially they disturbed.. no you fill that they are disturbing you… started to listen the each and every sound slowly.. although that sound may be of cough of anybody  or bird is singing around or car making noise…don’t think about that.. just listen…..mindfulness……after some time you feel these sounds like melody…you are start to feel peacefulness… start to become relax….
